- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆NO STARS!! My husband and I did our 2014 taxes with them they had no knowledge on how to do NYC taxes!! Also, my husband wanted to catch up with his taxes for the 2013 taxes they collected the money and still sent us a bill and never filed the taxes. We are still today getting a bill for $90 when I made a payment for him over the phone.
